Connect car to home WiFi

Is the above possible? Since I live in an area with no mobile coverage, the app doesn’t work.

It might be possible on the Trophy connect model.

Don't think so on the rest.

So I found pulling the screen down on the battery page I was able to connect the car to home WiFi - perfect! I don’t actually know which model I have btw.

But… it disconnected when locked ?

It does disconnect when locked. Same with the hotspot. I was in an area where the car hotspot had better coverage than my WiFi hotspot at home (different operators I guess) but as soon as the car locks hotspot goes down. Bummer.

Yes you can (I have), however you can’t really achieve anything by doing it
