Has anyone found out if there is a engineering menu on the Cyberster, there are many videos on how to get into the mode on other MG models normally you press the 4 corners on the infotainment screen but the Cyberster has 3 touch screens so which one :)

In the MG4 you find the infotainment version and tap several times on that to bring up a password entry box. So whichever screen you find that on would be my guess.

Thanks now I need to work out the pin. Any suggestions?

Have a search through the MG4 posts someone had posted a code you could try on one of those.

Try searching on "engineering menu" or "secret menu code", can't remember which post it was on

Sorry that's as much as I know, need to find one of the more software savvy guys on the forum or someone who is an MG technician

Yes.
Here in Thailand I saw an MG Technician enter "Engineering mode" in my car

Infotainment Config notes in EC32 (Cyberster) Module Self-Learning & Programming Manual states:

[In the function bar on the main interface of C screen,
click [Settings] -> [System], tap the software version
number repeatedly until a dialog box appears. Login
SMIL-SERVICENOW and enter the following path
"Diagnosis-FICM Password Generation Tool" to query the
password, enter the password in the dialog box and enter
engineering mode.]

The link for the password generator is within Service Now which I don't think is accessible without MG credentials, although I seem to recall there was a third party password generator created by someone on the MG4 forum that used the VIN number and could be worth a try...

As I observed the MG technician, he selected the telephone keypad and entered #*#4479*#* to get into "Engineering Mode". I tried it myself and see this appears on 2 displays :
I have not checked anything out from there yet but I would like to be kept informed about any discoveries from there.

I have edited your post to prevent pairs of asterisks in the same word turning into auto italics tags. Please check that I got it right.

If so, this code is the same one as used in the MG4 SE, I believe.

I have not been able to get this to work on our Cyberster. Has anyone been able to get this working. Did you need to have a phone connected first or the car turned on. Tried lots of options with no success.

The password generator site had this sentence:

"The password ##4479#* is only valid for the 2022 and 2023 Standard models. For the 2024 models (all models), the password is !Mg12345 and the time-based password generation procedure is not required."

Don't know if it works but you can always try.

This is not the telephone keypad bit.

I can get into one engineering mode on the right screen but I was asking about this one of the telephone keypad.

I just tried it here in Phuket on my friends Cyberster and it works too. ; switch on the car by having the key in your pocket and hit the brake, select the phone tab on the left screen and select keypad, enter the code "dashstardash4479stardashstar" and then the aircon screen and right screen show two different [ENGINEERING MODE] screens.

Hi I have been able to get to engineering mode on right hand side screen with the following PIN number !Mg12345
As outlined in other threads tap 4 times
on entertainment screen sub menu.
(I found a note online see pic below that shows cars from 2024 onwards no need for VIN and date combo info to be entered into PIN number generatator)
