Well I nipped down to our local Aldi after getting home the 'long way' from picking up the car. Thought I would give the charge a bash while I went in. Hilarity ensued.
Hooked up in order and peered through the drivers window and charging was go! Free miles I thought.
Went in to get a few things and then unlocked the car and sat in the car whilst watching footie scores come in.
All seemed to be going swimmingly. Then decided I wanted to leave. Computer says no.
Ended up having to call the emergency number on the charger. I had managed to piggyback on the back of the last session apparently and then couldn't stop the charger. The guys on the other end remotely stopped the session and I was able to unplug.
10% of charge for nowt and a lesson learnt.
Chargecard ordered and another cheap charging point on the favourites list.
