No, the +44 is entered from its own dropdown box. The mobile number (less the leading zero) is typed into the right hand boxinstead of 0 do you need to put in +44 ?

Yep I’m in the same boat, I registered with the iSMART app with my phone number and since forgetting the password it never sends the verification sms code to me even though it says “ successfully sent code “That's exactly the same for me, no "this mobile is already registered" message.

So it is working as it should.No the 44 is already there so drop the 0 and start with 7, that’s how I did mine when I collected our ZS
Mine goes in in 2 weeks for multiple fixes so hoping to get a few bits fixed with this updateJust to update this, I had a few more software updates done on the 3rd Jan as my dealer contacted me before Xmas re the "lock in" update, they did this and a few others including finally the head unit update so the AA message has finally gone!
It's R30 so I'm assuming this is still the latest for the trophy incase anyone was wondering.
Also apparently a new BMS & camera module update but can't say I've noticed any difference but I haven't really used the car alot since. ?

Amongst other things I asked for the oil leak to be checked and any work done before I picked up the car. I was told they knew about these issues and that the car would be ready for collection. They didn't say a breather was fitted but presumably not because it has a leak - I've reported it to the dealer.Did he say anything to you about the breather
That is so annoying. So your Trophy is different to every other Trophy? With any other car maker you would complain to corporate but we know this is a total waste of time with MG. Is there another dealer who will do it for you?Just got back from MG Cardiff - waste of time.

No software update for my car (Tango Trophy) which is still at version R29. I said that R30 is out and quite a few cars according to these forums have been upgraded, they said not available for my car after being on the diagnostics - they would not listen though. Said update were per individual car and not model - I argued that couldn't be right - gave up and walked out.

As I have mentioned elsewhere, app version 1.1.10 now let me register my mobile number and the PIN arrived quickly. I think with 1.1.10 they also changed where their servers are located, so that may have been the original issue with not getting the SMS with the PIN.No, I get exactly what I said ...
