Since everyone has a different configuration, with varying module versions throughout, it’s not surprising that unpredictable results occur from time to time.

can you please take one or more photos of the menu? I know the developer menu, but I don't know where to delete the current activation

Click on the activate button in the engineer menu

Then click on clear data & exit

Reboot the head unit, and then when it is back up on the settings menu on the right near the bottom is an activate button. Click that and activate the top option.
Then the next if it hasn’t done it automatically.

Reboot again.
See how it goes, but it’s all at your own risk!

Hi,

I just tried the R63 on my Luxury with MCU FICM 68.4.6.0.
I can confirm that even with this version it's not possible to set the maximum charge level from the car, only from the app.

Hi, i have 67.4.7.0 but R59. Can i usb upgrade to the system without going back to 68.4.6.0?

You must not downgrade. The charge limit control will only work with version 68.4.7.0.

I try reset and reflash for a mate yesterday, he got R63 and 68.4.7.0 since late november and charge limit toggle is out.

Nothing work, he need a SIPS configuration...

This is probably why there is no OTA. they can not manage to get the leatest MPU work with different ECUs versions.

I want R63 becuse R59 have slow startup, and when you engage Reverse when the system has not fully lodaded it will decrese the brightness setting of the screen.

just to be sure that i understand. this is the steps to install (Trophy LR):
1. copy AVN_MPU with the usb_ota_update.zip inside to the root folder of the flash drive
2. enter enginner menu and preform AVN-SOC update

to downgrade its the same but i just need to use the R59/R46 file.

no AVN-VIP update in order to keep the newer MCU.

i correct?

Maybe I'm misremembering, but ... doesn't the ZIP file need to be inside a folder (AVN_MPU?) for the Trophy software? And root is only when updating a car currently with SE specification software?

Yes this is what i said. AVN-MPU -> ZIP FILE

Root is the the main space of the flash drive its not a folder

Yes.
AVN_MPU foldder at the root with usb_ota... inside and in engeneering menu, USB upgrade and choose AVN_MPU

Yep, same process, only changes if you swap models like R63 on a SE

Sorry - I misread your point 1 in your previous post.

(I know what Root means - both in terms of a drive, and in terms of an Android phone)

No scroll bar even with latest MCU.

2 improvement that i noticed:
1. Enter Reverse camera before the screen fully loaded is not set the brightness to dark.
2. On turn 360 Camera now turn off as tge blinker goes off and not after 15 kph.

If there is no solution to the scroll bar i will go back to R59 probably.

I want to go back to R59 and then ask the dealer for update with other ECUs. I tried to go to R59 and it failed
