My rear off side original tyre with around 28000 miles . All other tyres are as good
This is interesting. He mentions loads of numbers to look for. Don't understand it so someone better than me can do a TLDR. Cheers
If you ignore the title of this thread, that is…TLDR if the size, load rating and speed rating match, it's safe to fit it.
But how do I know if it has foam inside or not while I'm orderingTLDR if the size, load rating and speed rating match, it's safe to fit it.
Surely when you order tyres you choose the model to order and that in itself tells you whether it has foam inside or not.But how do I know if it has foam inside or not while I'm ordering
It doesn't matter whether there is foam in there or not.But how do I know if it has foam inside or not while I'm ordering
If you have noise reducing foam in the tyre, have a puncture, and try using the supplied bottle of sealant as a temporary fix, will it work?It doesn't matter whether there is foam in there or not.
I believe that the foam can interfere with the sealant process as the foam may stop the sealant flowing out of the hole sufficiently to set.If you have noise reducing foam in the tyre, have a puncture, and try using the supplied bottle of sealant as a temporary fix, will it work?
Totally agree. I have had the same issueGlad this has come up. Had a few times it felt like it was on Ice
