MG4 X-Power Orders & Delivery

Although my order is still waiting a build slot, I havent been contacted by the dealer yet to confirm vehicle details (been at least 2 weeks) - sent an email to Tuskers and they are going to chase but I now know its a Stoneacres, just not sure which one yet. I updated the table below as it got lost in page 10 if anyone else wants to add/update their details

Why did I get a requote for the MG4 models through my work salary sacrifice. My trophy is being delivered tomorrow but according to the latest quote I got yesterday I could now have an xpower for the same price I'm paying for the trophy , yeah not a nice feeling, that'll teach me for being inquisitive ?‍

When I ordered the XPower was cheaper than the Trophy by about £30 a month.

I did a quote today out of curiosity agains tthe Trophy ER and the XPower comes in at around £80 cheaper, but £30 more than the Trophy LR

I’ve found, at least on the CPC portal at work, that prices go up and down all the time. I think I just got in right for how cheap the XPower is.

When I saw good prices I did a save on the quote for two weeks, had a few cars lined up with good quotes before I pulled the trigger.

I knew the XPower deal I got was absolutely stonking because prices for unmaintained private leases are around 3x times more expensive.

I couldn’t even get a ZS for the price I ordered the XPower for now!

Joining the club! Ordered an XPOWER in Camden Grey (was so close to getting the Racing Green...!) through Zenith via my company car scheme on Monday 23 Oct. Thanks to the low BiK tax on EVs and a trade-down payment, it's costing me a whopping £15.94 per month, although I lose my £5k/pa cash allowance so maybe more like £280 a month with insurance, servicing and tyres included.

Sales seemed sure of a January delivery, so I guess we'll see!

Updated my entry. Delivery changed from "Mid Jan 24" to a confirmed 20th November - very happy with this.

Picked mine up today and just dropped it with a detailer. Even in Eco mode I was conscious of the instant power delivery and ample acceleration on demand.

Hi all, So the Other half got her Trophy on the 1st of March this is the first time we have had the opportunity to take a pic. I know there are lots of pics here but hope that admin will approve a thread with mainly pics of everyone’s MG4. Should make it a lot easier for people who are looking...

I'm not into high maintenance so for me this is a case of it do it once and properly then do as little as possible. The detailing will be funded out of the £800 for the green paint that the dealer forgot to add to the invoice. It comes to about the same.

I've ordered a decent car cover as well because the garage is for other uses.

I'm hoping this will minimise my future involvement.

By the way it wasn't that dirty so it seems pointless to risk letting a dealer clean it before delivery, especially if you plan to apply paint protection.

Its also the shiny black plastic trim that they damage as well the rear light bar etc.

Just checked on tusker’s portal and my order’s changed to ‘awaiting final delivery checks’, I’ve also been given a registration number and a registration date of 30th November. Looks like its come on the latest ship, 3 months from ordering to delivery is about right.
