Same could be said about any performance ICE car I guess as well.Gosh, listening to you guys makes me realise never to buy a used XPower; the battery will be so depleted/damaged from all the stress of frequently using all that power. So, we now have another category of 'thrashed' used performance car. Nice when it's new, but not nice for the unsuspecting second or third owner. I guess that's life.
Also, the last Tesla Model 3 Performance is the same as the X-Power in that it offers the complete power available from the battery at any given time (unlike the non-performance models which are software limited), so this car also has variable performance based on SoC etc.
This has been in production since 2019 and there is no significant evidence of major battery issues on this model and many, many of these will have been 'thrashed' over the past 5 years.
