No heating from rear vents

Hi, can anyone help.
I have a mg zs ev 72 plate.
The heating doesn't work in the rear vents.i have tried everything. Any advice would be most grateful.

Presuming everything means.
1. Having car on normal or sport mode instead of eco (as this saves power drain by reducing heat & fan).
2. Made sure the central blower is open face and feet?
3. Set blower fan speed quite high as it is more sluggish in the back centre console.
4. Test it by setting temperature to high also then give it some time to heat up.

If so, it could be a fault and worth taking back to dealer.

Hi, thanks for your reply.
However my Grandaughter solved it by accident.
When you put heating on, and it's on normal mode, press the MAN by Aircon ,it instantly boosts heating and also comes out of the rear vents.
Ridiculous that this doesn't show in manual.

Well as I thought, my mk1 ZS does not have any rear vent, nor a "MAN" button!

it's in the instruction manual under "centre vents" and "centre console vents", vents need to be open and will work when you click on centre vent direction on screen. when you click on Auto again (on models that have it) the air-con decides where the extra air/heat is needed...
