Octopus charging twice as much as Ohme meter ?

Does anyone use Octopus with Ohme?

I have had the Ohme for the 3.5 years we have owned thew MG ZS. Whch we still think is a brilliant car.

We are having billing issues with Octopus after we changed from Bulb. They agree they have a back billing issue and we have had three refunds for overcharging - they have spent the past 9 months saying they are working on getting our billing correct.

But no-one has been able to say why Octopus' IHD electric meter is up to 3x the Ohme meter readings after a night of charge.

Any idea folks?

Is the reading seemingly incorrect in units (kWh) or in price? I know the latter is quite common, at least it was so when I was on agile.

There is an FAQ on the Octopus site about IHDs not correctly registering the tariff changes. In fact I have just been trying out the Zappi and Octopus have been boosting the charge from solar excess amount to 7.1 kW (adding around 4.6kW) The IHD shows we have used £4.70 worth of electric but the Octopus app (and Octoaid) are showing £1.30 (from the Home mini) as Kieran says the kWh used is correct on the IHD, the price isn't.
