I just took the bosses kid home after he had done some gardening for us, and on the way he said he set up Home for his mum on the Navigation.

This has to be the stupidest thing (he doesn't drive) anyone can do IMHO, say someone steals the car as you enter the supermarket, they know where you are and they now know where you live, I set it up outside someone else house 2 streets away so it will still take you home.

That's good advice for (and an issue with) any satnav application - even Google Maps and Waze. It's not restricted to MG's implementation.

I do have a Home button on G Maps too but not my home.

All your movements are recorded by Google (or Apple with Carplay and maps) if you use Gmaps, waze .....
Of course, the giant knows where you live
