Position of the toll device

Hello,
I need to stick the electronic toll device, called Via-T in Spain, to my car’s windshield.
In other cars, there is a dotted area (at the top near the rear-view mirror) where the windshield allows radio signals to pass through.
In the MG3, that dotted area is occupied by the radar system.
Where should I stick the device?

Hi @Juancar, you'll just have to stick it to the plain area of the windscreen on the passenger side so it's not in your eyeline, and obviously a couple of centimetres from the mirror and the top of the windscreen, and I'm sure it'll be detected by the radar and work fine.

Here's where I fitted mine. Works perfectly and high enough up that it does interfere with forward vision. Bear in mind mine is right hand drive. I couldn't fit on the left as my dascam is mounted there.

I thought it wouldn’t be possible to stick it on the black area of the glass.
But I see that it works very well there, and since it’s a dark area, it hardly blocks any view.

In this position, it’s barely visible from the outside.
