Problem charging

Problem charging. I’ve only had my Cyberster a few days. Charged it at home when I first got it and it charged fine. Thought I’d set up “scheduled charging” in the app but it hasn’t come on when it should have done. Took it off scheduled charging and asked it to start charging immediately via the app, but it just keeps saying failed. Logged in and out, no change. Checked it’s locked, which it is. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Any ideas. ?

Took it off scheduled charging and asked it to start charging immediately via the app, but it just keeps saying failed.
I find that using the status page fixes a lot of iSmart problems. Sometimes I'll start a charge, get an error, back out to the main page then click on the vehicle status icon, and when the scan completes, the charge actually starts. Though often I have to restart the charge.

To get charging, you could also try starting from the car.

I don't have a Cyberstr, it's an MG4, but hopefully charging is similar enough between the two models for the above to be some help.

Don't use the app. It's a pain in the Ass. 🙄
