Problem charging. I’ve only had my Cyberster a few days. Charged it at home when I first got it and it charged fine. Thought I’d set up “scheduled charging” in the app but it hasn’t come on when it should have done. Took it off scheduled charging and asked it to start charging immediately via the app, but it just keeps saying failed. Logged in and out, no change. Checked it’s locked, which it is. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Any ideas. ?
