Some run both Bluetooth and WiFi...but doesn't look like this one does.Is there a switch, I think some do both
Speaking with MG and will see if I can find out anything from themI guess you're going to be visiting the dealer again to try to get more than 40% power!
Maybe they'll install ***EU2 next time !!!!!!?!?!?
If you could try to ask them about it it'd be interesting, not so sure they'd probably know much though if anything like most of them.i
Yes it's Wifi. Do you mean the Thai app? Hope there's another app that could work. It's not Bluetooth ...it's WiFi...don't think it will work with the app.

Yes for the current Thai that we have.Yes it's Wifi. Do you mean the Thai app? Hope there's another app that could work.
I've just had the new BMS installed yesterday at Luscombe Leeds (wasn't too hard to name them, have nothing but praise for them so far). Did a charge and a long balance last night which improved Voltage and will try and get details later using dongle thingy, and will post here if it works.Your dealeri would be interested to know what version of the BMS you get installed?
Check what the app SoC is at 100% dash charge... I'm guessing the difference is the upper buffer, another possibility is that it's imbalance of the cells too.I've told Captain DIY on facebook (the guy writing the app), I got this yesterday morning.
Car was still charging.
Unlocked it and connected the App (ver1.2.1), SOC showed 87.2%.
A couple of minutes later went and looked in the car, the dash showed 93% SoC
So, something not quite right with the data in the app.
It looks as if EU1 (mid-Feb update) is replacing AO1 (mid-Jan update).I've checked and I've got the ..EU1 BMS as well.View attachment 1964
I think its time for MG UK to step up to the plate and come clean with the updates ,this can only make it better for all involved and show that MG as a manufacture do care about their customers and the future brand of MG and become number one in the market place with great valued cars..It looks as if EU1 (mid-Feb update) is replacing AO1 (mid-Jan update).
This now fits nicely with what I was told by service, that MG had sent a further update out. It would be nice to know why the need for a second update, and also why other dealers appear not to know about this? Both @WAC 768 and myself have used the same dealer, Luscombes.
Anyone else on here had their update from them ?
Yeah, exactly the same, rather ropey but managed to get a screen shot of each tab eventually.Question, the app for me kept crashing has anyone else suffered from this problem.
Looks like EU1 is the latest BMS. Mine is due in on the 15thDear all my OBD2 device arrived today, please see info from my car attached.
Question, the app for me kept crashing has anyone else suffered from this problem.
Also locked the car with the OBD2 still attached and the car alarm activated, is this normal?
My SOH says 100% is that the battery condition / degradation after 15000+ miles meaning that I have lost any battery capacity?
I hope this all helps with the gathering of info.
Car was purchased in March 20.
Comfort 2 added in May
BMS update on 23 Feb 21.
