At ehs disconnect the small battery of the car 12V inside at the back trunk for 15minutes after connect it again and the problem for the radio it will be fixed (worked for me)

I have had this pop up again for the 5th time. I have had various updates and now my dealer say that MG are not replacing the modules. I can take it in for them to reset it (remove the 12v battery) but I can do that myself.

hi, my MG4 Trophy DAB/FM Radio stopped working (came back from Manchester UK and it would not reset to London frequencies). I have tried a factory reset (as the garage cannot even look to investigate for 6 weeks) - and still nothing.
Would the files in post #148 work for my car?

Ciao, nella mia mg zs mi compare inizializzazione modulo radio e non funziona più la radio .
Ho provato ad entrare nel menu segreto e in DAB update mi dice nessun file trovato.
Tu hai per caso il file necessario o sai dove scaricarlo ?

Hi, in my MG ZS I get the radio module initialization and the radio no longer works.
I tried to enter the secret menu and in DAB update it tells me no files found.
Do you happen to have the necessary file or do you know where to download it?

Hi, try disconnecting the 12V battery for a few minutes first as it reset it.
