My range start sometimes for example at 99 km...i drive 10 km en the range on the display is 89...sometimes after stop en close the car and i came back the range is for example 69 km...20 km less ....and then if u stop the car en close en open the 20 missing kilometers are back? have anyone this same issue?
Software issue i hope??

Yes , mine does this sometimes I will park up and maybe have 70 mile's of range left come out the next morning or a few hours later or even a few minutes later and the range is 50 miles or always 20 miles less , but for a short while with 50 miles showing I can normally travel around 4 miles and only lose 1 mile on the gom , so I assume that I do still have the original 70 mile's of range left , I just put this down to one of the strange things the MG ZS ev does every now and again. ?

If you stopped with the car showing 89 in eco mode, be sure to enable eco mode when starting up again.

For some reason it defaults to normal, and not the one you previously used

Yes ? I only drive in normal mode anyway unless I am going on a long journey , for me I know the 20 odd missing miles are still there or some times I can power off and power on again and the miles reappear. It's probably happened 7 to 8 times in 3000 miles so not a problem for me ? I think driving a computer on wheels you are going to get odd things happen from time to time ?

Personally I’d still mention it when it goes in for its first service, just put it on their radar...

Mine is exactly the same most of the time. Parked up with 70 one day, after work got in it said 30. Got home with 10 left, distance travelled was 60

Thnx for al the response ..

Question if i park the car at the evening at home with for example 180 km range ..and the car is the next morning a few kilometers les for example 176 km.
En if the car is not used for more days the battery is more empty..

The High Voltage battery should not have any 'vampire' drain. The 12v battery is the most likely to drain.

Range on the Guess O Meter or range left changes with battery temperature and ambient temperature when the car is stationary and parked up. Plus it is based on the last few miles driven, but over how many I'm not sure. I tend to drive mine fairly consistently and the range is always roughly the same.

Thank you now i know its normal ! I can't wait to test the summer range ? but in the winter i am very surprised..i love the mg !! Its feels like a much expensiver car.
