- Not an MG
I am ok with folding the tiller (handlebars) and the seat after removal as I am capable but can't walk around all day at events or for miles. ?I have a friend who has a mobility scooter and she and her husband were anxious to find a car that would take the thing without having to take it completely to pieces.
In the future, if my MS progresses, I may have to buy a wheelchair and driven wheel attachment which, whilst they also come apart, the wheelchairs remain in one piece and rigid though low profile.
My thoughts now are that if I am in a position to purchase an MG again I don't want a 1.5 engine at all. I am happy to aim for an EV but will have to be savvy with my charging as (right now at least) I live in digs and don't have access to a home charger.Since they have a 16-panel FiT solar system facing due south over the English channel, I would have thought that the sooner they find the right EV, the better their household finances will be!
