It's an esim not your regular sim you can pull out. It's also a m2m esim meaning much harder to update to another operator.I'm in Australia and have a MG ZS EV LR, apparently we are supposed to have a Vodafone SIM card in the car but there is no sign whatsoever that there is one in mine, there are no connectivity options in the setting menu other than 'Bluetooth' and there is no 'Vodafone' showing on the Infotainment screen with the service bars - anyone else experience this in Australia? Should a service be able to fix this?
Finally I suspect they are using custom APN features which again won't be supported by consumer grade esims
