Should I be able to charge at a TESLA charging station which Tesla say can charge any EV?
Tried one on the A1 today with no luck.
We don't know why it is, but it seems you can set the manufacturer and model to "other" and it works. Discussed starting with this post:But no luck, for non Tesla models, all other make and models are there but I can’t find MG.
Try 1 or 2 other open Tesla chargers locations, maybe it was just a glitch on that day... If it was down to the app, others would report issues. On one occasion it took me 5-10 min to get the Tesla charger going due to (most likely) poor mobile phone signalI tried selecting Other but it didn't work.
Failed to start charging. Keeps generating charging history with zero bill.
MG do not call it a 'fix' rather a software enchancement which they want £150 for. Been fighting to get it for free but have lost the battle now.If it's listed as an open Supercharger on the Tesla app, then the answer is yes, you should.
What was the error you got?
It is possible you need to take it to the dealer and ask them to fix your car. Some ZS' need a fix.
