Yes I think crying children in my car should be banned far more distraction than a satnav which for the most part you listen to rather than look at and a Wireless Android Auto device means I can speak the destination

Don’t be such a fool? when you have picked up various body parts from accidents, where the other person says…”I only took my eyes off the road for a second, and there was the car with the kids in it right in front of me.” You might understand the statement
the post is not stupid it was being informative…. Oh and BTW I am perfectly competent and fully understand the road traffic laws I uphold, had you read further comments you would have seen that I also said later, that it was legal to watch tv whilst stationary.
Maybe if I have the opportunity to stop you one day I can explain about Road Traffic Laws, but maybe in the meantime you can read the Highway Code.
