I asked him to chase up the discrepancy with dates that MG has he hasn't got back to me. Called again today to chase it up and for any revised delivery date but still nothing.
Suggest all Vanarama customers start to chase Greenhous regarding lack of delivery when clearly vehicles are coming into the UK.

Reading that post it sounds like vanarama order from greenhouse who order from a dealer!!!!! No wonder that there is a hold up with leased cars. I'm glad I only have the dealer to moan at??

That cost of 2.5k remains with Vanarama as they are the owners and they should have claimed those, not our problem

If they decide to cancel this, they can either leave the charger where it is free of cost or come and collect after paying for damage to my wall

That's what I said only it's the dealer, Greenhous who should have claimed the grant for Vanarama. It shouldn't be are problem but could become ours if Greenhous haven't claimed the grant - and Vanarama therefore decide to cancel our contracts. I don't know where we would stand regarding claiming for the losses we would incur in finding a replacement and would take legal advice if it got to this.

For everybody in Ireland, my dealer mailed today and I rang this afternoon.
Here are the details of my car.
Date of order 17 Dec 2021
ZS EV LR EXCLUSIVE WHITE
Will be with me before the end of the month. Apart from the initial email informing me of the delay from March 2022 to August 2022. the only other contact was a call from me to confirm how accurate was the delivery estimate, then nothing until today, to give me a heads up to get ready.
No drama's, no messing and professional from start to finish. Congrats to MG and of course to John O'Sullivan at Johnson and Perretts in Cork. Hope everybody waiting get their cars soon and happy motoring.

Super news, I'm around the 14-15th of Dec in Galway. Last update was around 3 weeks ago to say it was on the way to the dealers but nothing since.

This is the first glimer of hope I've seen. There have been rumours of boats landing but nothing came if it. This feels like yours has been assigned.

However, the dealer told me yesterday that the estimated arrival is 11th August. The order had been "TBA" for a good few months.

Yes mines the same, on shortage, to be built, TBA…and you ordered a really long time ago 19/12/21 for me…let’s hope they come soon..

On the 01/06/22 Mine was on shortage, to be built. Received a call from MG Burnley on the 19/06/22 and I picked it up on the 22/06/22 Trophy LR in silver. What a great upgrade from the Mk1 MG I absolutely love it. I do feel your pain as I waited 7 months for delivery.

We ordered early may we hope it does turn up when they said they said.they offered me a black trophy LR they said was coming July but I would be the second owner on that one but it was £4000 more than the se so decided to stick ?

Did I read right that when they say on shortage awaiting a build slot it can also be taken with a pinch of salt like everything else they say??? It seems the vast majority are turning up unexpectedly so now I need to expect the unexpected....
