Ain't gonna happen (probably). ?

You probably get the lka button with r59 (next version). There's no LKA button on the drop down menu on mine ?
I'd much prefer the top portion of screen back please.
I was given the same story by my local dealership (Warrington). I booked my XPower in for it's first service next month, requested a software update at the same time but was told if there were no problems (which there aren't) then they would not update the software.I just spoke to Caffyns MG in Ashford Kent, to ask if there was a more up to date software release than R33 on my 23 reg Trophy. Amazingly they asked if there was a fault on the system and I said no, I just want the latest software. The answer was that if there wasn't a fault, they couldn't do an update! Is this normal folks, it seems daft to me!
Just tell them LKA is a bloody hell (and so you do not use it), BT drops occasionally, the airco is 5 degrees off and acts as an on/off system.I was given the same story by my local dealership (Warrington). Any advice as to whether invent a problem or not (occasionally I lose Bluetooth with my mobile, but it's no major problem).
Thanks for the advice.......LKA is a nightmare (and I never use it, but such a hassle to switch it off every time I get into the car!)Just tell them LKA is a bloody hell (and so you do not use it), BT drops occasionally, the airco is 5 degrees off and acts as an on/off system.
Add switch off being hassle. The only lka improvement comes with the latest software. Which isn't a solution, only an improvement (saves you one click tto disable..)Thanks for the advice.......LKA is a nightmare (and I never use it, but such a hassle to switch it off every time I get into the car!)
I believe it’s supposed to.I thought using the indicator overrode the LKA.
But only if you steer into the lane after you put the indicator on. If done more or less simultaneously, lka will grab your steering wheel.I believe it’s supposed to.
yeah, its just trying to make us better driversBut only if you steer into the lane after you put the indicator on. If done more or less simultaneously, lka will grab your steering wheel.
Hi, I suggest that you make a list of the bugs associated with R33, there are plenty and go back to the dealer and ask for them to be fixed, this is what I did. The dealer does not get paid to do software upgrades unless MG agree that one is needed to fix a problem. MG do not issue a list of known problems for this reason otherwise everyone would be at the dealers door asking for a fix.I just spoke to Caffyns MG in Ashford Kent, to ask if there was a more up to date software release than R33 on my 23 reg Trophy. Sometimes the updates don't install correctly but appear to. Sometimes the update process say it is finished but it isn't, so updates get missed.I've taken my car in again this morning for the software to be corrected after the last time when the update stopped the car being able to stop at 80% charge and the range appeared to be reduced to the SR level.
I've also asked them again to update the infotainment software as it keeps dropping the Bluetooth connection and I get a black screen when the auto lights come on during boot-up. I was still on R24.
Call me cynical but I have suspected in the past they've only done the minimum updates necessary if at all. This morning it seems my suspicions were correct as for the first time I've received warning messages in the iSmart app for power steering, brake system, tyre pressures, airbag and power steering again.
are we sure on that? I had SCUK001 installed as part of a recall back in November, and also have R46 infotainment - ACC is still 5mph per nudge for meThe ACC change is not linked to the info version so moving to R46 will not change that. The ACC change is part of SCUK001 which may have been applied.
