Hi there,
I am looking forward to getting my MG4, but I also would like to have ambient lighting. So I went on a search, and besides the normal standard kits that fit all cars and just squeeze inside the panel gaps, I came across a TikTok account that seems to offer a very OEM-looking solution:

Does anyone have more information about this or knows where to buy it? Or is this just a very well installed standard kit?

Can you ask the TikTok account? Also, I would be a little worried about that strip running close to the passenger airbag.

I do like the look of it on the doors.
I have sent a message to the account - Will let you know when I get an answer, but I also share your worries with the airbag.

I found this in forum. Kit still available.https://www.mgevs.com/threads/led-ambient-lighting.12089/
The problem with the kit from this post is that it´s one of these universal kits (see pictures). While it might look decent in the pictures I have seen a lot of installations that just look very poor when you sit in the vehicle in person and in that case I would rather prefer having no fancy lighting at all instead of a very poor looking solution.

At least it shows that perhaps with the right effort and attention a universal kit can look very nice?
I think it really depends on the kit your are using but I guess there is only one way to find out - To actually do it. I also think it is much easier to make it look good when you only attach it to straight lines in the car (dashboard would be an example).

So I think I am going for it when I get my car and I will also post it.
