Spoke to sales dude while my ICE ZS had its first MOT and I think I have now agreed to purchase my first EV, a ZS Trophy Standard Range in Blue.
But I have not signed any documents or paid some kind of deposit. Its been a while since my last car purchase so is this normal?
Sales dude said that he will be in contact closer to the delivery period od July. ?‍

Nothing iv'e only had some T&C from Santander on e-mail.

That's usually the credit check data processing notice.

Seems like a verbal contract………..which has the same value as the paper it’s written on!!
Seriously it depends on whether you want to go ahead with the deal or not.
Contact the dealer to clarify your position.
The way the market is at the moment the dealer should not have a problem selling the car if you do not want it.
On the other hand if you do want the car - insist on paperwork and pay a deposit to ensure you get your deal.

If you had the Santander credit check then normally there would be a printed order confirmation from the dealer that outlines the PCP purchase even if it changes a bit later figures wise.
