Next Chinese X Power Rival Incoming.

I think manufacturers in the West are their own worse enemies. They're obsessed with making SUV's but most people simply can't afford the ridiculous prices of SUV sized EV's and of the people that can afford the things, not all of them need or want a large heavy vehicle like that.

Hint: Don't complain about sales falling when you're not making what people want and can afford.

Xiaomi SU7 Max: 101kWh battery, 497-mile range, 2.8sec 0-62mph ?
I wonder what the Chines standard for range is?? If it's only at 50km/hr 500 miles could make sense. But It's hard to believe it's so much worse than the Taycan, that has the European range standard

Very impressive, wonder what price in UK? If it arrives over here. I've a feeling it won't worry the X Power. But who knows?
?
Agreed, I think it will be a case of quite a few more ££££'S for the the UK models and thats IF it comes here at all.

If the EU and UK do impose tariffs on Chines EV imports do you think our secondhand XP values will increase ?

To be honest, can't see anything worrying the X Power on Performance/Price in the near future. There's a 24 reg Volcano Orange X Power on AutoTrader now, for less than £27.500. Don't know how they do it. But glad they do. ??
