Radio module replacement

I had the dealer update my software two months ago but this has popped up three times in the last two days and the MG logo.

If I disconnect the 12V negative terminal and leave it off for ten minutes will everything then be ok or will it cause me more issues? Currently on holiday in Scotland so I don't want to brick the car.

Just got our car fixed last week after the same problem. It was a total saga of about 5 months. Didn’t want to try fiddling with DAB files as the garage told us we’d invalidate entire warranty.

We appreciated having CarPlay for spotify.

What was the fix?
The first time mine went in they just disconnected the battery, 2nd time then they did an update, but it has locked up again...
