I've just taken delivery of the plastic moulded set discussed in another thread, for winter use. I need to hoover out the car before I put them in though. Hopefully they'll confine the mud and stones and leaves to the plastic area and spare the carpet. I'll probably put the carpet mats back for the summer.

Got two car seat covers from amazon for when I got to parkrun or when collecting my son from work (independent mechanic) or my daughter from horseriding. Can't wait to get the mats fitted soon. I think they'll stay permanently in the car considering I have passengers with muddy shoes all year round.

Plus I'm a bit OCD when it comes to car cleanliness and keeping it tidy and clear of rubbish of any sort.

I even got a nice car freshner from Rituals to make it as blissful as possible.

My ex just left her car at my place while she's away on holiday, and the car is so filthy, I am going to have to clean it just-because
